We exist to empower from crisis to capacity — through Relief, Rehabilitation and Development — We help build dreams.

Who We Are

A community-rooted Public Benefit Organisation guided by Passion, Community and Wisdom.

Thunderbolts Academy was founded to provide a platform that nurtures and develops talent to youths in marginalized communities. From relief, our work expands into life coaching, healing, and practical(sport and Information Technology) skills for the future.

Our pathway is simple and proven: start with Relief, walk alongside in Rehabilitation, and build futures through Development. Along the way, we invite partners and allies to join us — schools, clubs, businesses and neighbours — because transformation is a team effort.

Our name is a promise: when hope strikes, change can be immediate — and lasting.

Immediate support for families: food packs, school essentials, uniforms and basic healthcare access. We stabilise the home so learning and healing can start.

Rehabilitation — Spartan Will & Queens

Mentoring, life coaching and safe spaces that rebuild confidence, discipline and purpose — tailored for young men and women through focused cohorts.

Development — Help Build A Dream (HBAD)

Structured growth pathways in sport, digital skills, academics and entrepreneurship — opening doors to jobs, scholarships and community leadership.
